Hello, my name is Dennis Paul Johnson. My job as a real estate agent is to make you feel as comfortable as possible with me and build a trustful and enjoyable experience of helping you locate and the purchasing of your real estate transaction. The schooling I have had allows me the knowledge to do so. My education in the real estate field is as follows: Real Estate Principles 1 & 2, Real Estate Math, Real Estate Appraisal ,Real Estate Finance, Law Of Agency, Home Inspections, Real Estate Contracts, Public Housing Manager, Team Leadership, Pipeline Safety, Housing Maintenance Management, Housing Quality Standards, Real Estate Brokerage, Appraisal Review Board Training.
I also have a current Construction Contractor License with the state of Texas. I have contracted and constructed over thirty holmes in the Lamar & and Fannin Counties including some metal buildings with living quarters as well as church recreation hall. I also own and manage thirteen rentals . I was born and raised in Lamar County and attended Paris School's from 1969 thru 1980.
At the end of the day, I enjoy riding one of my four motorcycle's. My favorite cycle of the four is my 2000 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail and if it is just a spin around our beautiful city of Paris I ride my Big Bear Chopper. My other hobby in life is to see as much of the world as possible. I have traveled to 16 different countries over a period 18 years. Also my best friend in life is my son of 21 years which my wife and I cherish with all of what's in us.
