Paris Real Estate was established in 1980 by Bill and Mary Lou Coe. Since opening its doors at 3011 Lamar Avenue in Paris, Texas, the company has proudly served the community from the same location for more than four decades.
Today, Paris Real Estate remains a family-owned and operated business. Their children—Shelley Briggle, Taunyia Smyers, Brad Coe and his wife, Christi—as well as their grandson, Jarrod Briggle, are all actively involved in the business, continuing the family’s tradition of exceptional service and local expertise.
